When you upload an Explanation of Benefits (EOB), PIPSuite’s platform processes and organizes the document based on your inputs.
No charge is based on payment outcomes or insurer responses.
If a payment discrepancy is identified based on your criteria and you choose to generate a standardized demand-style document, a flat fee applies.
You are not required to send or use any generated document.
Charges are assessed at the time of document analysis or generation All fees are usage-based and non-refundable. Detailed usage history is available within your account.

PIPSuite™ is designed to scale with your practice.
For providers processing higher document volumes, discounted usage rates may be available based on monthly platform usage. Discounts are based solely on the number of documents processed. Discounts are not based on payment outcomes, recovery amounts, or insurer responses. Discounts apply to EOBs analyzed only. Volume thresholds and discounted rates are determined automatically based on usage levels.
Volume discounts may be applied when monthly usage exceeds predefined thresholds. Discounted pricing, if applicable, will be reflected directly in your account dashboard. PIPSuite™ does not require: subscriptions; minimum monthly commitments; or long-term contracts Usage may increase or decrease at any time.
PIPSuite™ reserves the right to modify pricing tiers and discount thresholds with notice. from time to time at its discretion. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated pricing. Any changes will be posted in advance and reflected in your account.
All fees charged by PIPSuite™ are for access to and use of technology services, including document analysis and document generation.
Because services are performed immediately upon use, all charges are final and non-refundable, except as expressly stated here.
Charges are incurred when an EOB is analyzed, or a document is generated at the user’s request.
Once processing occurs, the associated usage fee is deemed earned and is not refundable, regardless of whether the user chooses to use, send, modify, or discard any generated document.
Funds deposited into a PIPSuite™ account as Usage Credits are not legal retainers and not trust funds. Unused balances remain available for future platform usage; and are not refundable except where required by law.
If you believe a charge was assessed in error due to a system malfunction or duplicate processing, you may submit a written inquiry to: support@pipsuite.io
Requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge and include the account email, date of the charge, and description of the issue.
If a billing error is confirmed, PIPSuite™ may issue a usage credit or adjustment at its discretion.
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your card issuer, users agree to first contact PIPSuite™ directly to allow investigation and resolution. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of access; and forfeiture of remaining Usage Credits.
